We recently worked with Curt and PK Lures for another major site update, and to be honest, I'm really happy with how it all turned out. So what's so unique about it???
CLEAN Website Design - Sometimes the K.I.S.S. principle still makes sense, as was the case here. We simplified the header with a simple menu and a HUGE search bar. You should NEVER have a problem finding what you're looking for.
EASY-to-SHOP Product Page Design - When you're dealing with a product that has a lot of variants or options such as sizes and colors, you normally end up with A LOT of clutter. We decided to organize by size, and then making the product colors (lure color) clear and visual. And we did it on all devices, too.
UPSELL CAPABILITIES -
Next, we made it SUPER EASY to add-on products that make sense. For example, if you look at the PK Sonar Spoon below, the option to buy more stinger hooks is present. This allows the angler to change on the fly if one breaks.
GOOGLE SHOPPING ADDITION - And while we made this move, we also added the feed to send all products to Google Shopping, as well. This will make for a huge boost in online sales revenue now and into the future.
SOLID SEO - While this should probably be the first on the list, we will fly under the radar on this one. But I can tell you this, we took their SEO capabilities even further. I expect a huge increase in traffic, conversions, and of course sales, this winter. Here at Flyway Media, we've done SEO in hunting and fishing longer than anyone, and the results are obvious. And according to Google, we're doing things right, too...
